Welcome to Forever Dance & Fitness Studio. By enrolling in our online or offline classes, using our website, or making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Enrollment & Participation
Once you complete the payment for any class or package, you will be added to our official WhatsApp group for communication, class links, updates, and support.
Classes are conducted in-house via Google Meet, available in morning and evening batches as per the schedule provided.
Access to classes is strictly for registered users only and cannot be shared with others.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments made are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, once you start attending classes.
However, if you make a payment and decide not to join any class at all, you may request a refund within 3 days of payment.

Refunds will be processed after internal verification and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
No refunds will be granted once the classes have been attended or after 3 days of payment.
3. Class Conduct & Etiquette
Participants are expected to join classes on time and maintain proper decorum during sessions.
Recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the online class is strictly prohibited.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group or class without any refund.
4. WhatsApp Group Rules
The WhatsApp group is strictly for class-related updates, schedules, and official communication.
Spamming, promotions, or unrelated content is not allowed.
Violating group rules may lead to removal from the group.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By joining the classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in fitness and dance routines.
Forever Dance & Fitness Studio is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the sessions.
It is strongly advised to consult a physician before starting any fitness activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All class routines, choreography, and learning materials are the property of Forever Dance & Fitness Studio.
Sharing, copying, or using our content for commercial or personal purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
Forever Dance & Fitness Studio reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
Participants will be notified of any changes through the WhatsApp group or email.
